This distinction, awarded by the Albany Business Review, is given to employers who score the best on an employee survey asking about culture, compensation, resources, and more at a company.
“2024 was particularly exciting because we finished our remodeling projects at 200 and 211 N. Main St. and unveiled beautiful and modern workspaces that include plenty of open and green spaces to facilitate collaboration and teamwork,” said DDC President C.J. DeCrescente. “This project was a labor of love, and we are so thrilled about how it has been received! Our goal was to create a beautiful setting where employees could feel at home.”
